Face of the day (4.02.2013)

I had a little bit of extra time today whilst i was getting ready so thought i'd show you what make up i wear on a day to day basis.

I don't use the exact same products everyday but i generally go for the same sort of look irrespective of the products i use. So here are the products i used....

Face: Laura Mercier silk creme foundation, YSL Touche eclat, Collection lasting perfection concealer, Bobbi Brown corrector, Rimmel stay matte powder.
Cheeks: Dior 'Amber diamond' highlighter, Nars 'Douceur' blush, Bobbi Brown bronzer.
Eyes: Urban Decay 'Naked basics palette', Maybelline 'lasting drama' gel eyeliner, Mac 'Painterly' paint pot, YSL shocking mascara, Rimmel 'scandaleyes' nude eyeliner, HD Brow kit and Shu Uemera eyelash curlers.
Lips:  Chanel 'Boy' Rouge coco shine lipstick. 

I apologise for the poor quality photography but here is a picture of what my makeup looked like on 4.02.2013. I tend to keep my makeup neutral using mainly brown and peachy shades, however if i am going to incorporate colour into my look i do it with a bright lipstick. In the second picture below i am wearing Chanel 'Rebelle' rouge coco shine lipstick which is a beautiful sheer (but buildable) coral/red which is perfect for spring/summer or an evening out.
